Training duration: 32 academic hours, all of which are theoretical and practical work (4 days).
Target audience: The course is intended for experienced Windows technicians and IT professionals, who need to sharpen their troubleshooting skills through proper methodology and in-depth OS knowledge.
Prerequisites: As a participant you need to have a general understanding of Windows OS and networking. You will benefit from Active Directory skills, but this isn’t a requirement to take the course.
Contents of this training
The best way to become a great troubleshooter is to learn from the ground up. This BlackBelt course teaches you how the OS really works and how to troubleshoot it. It is applicable to all current Windows OS versions, and at least ten years back – both servers and clients. Learn to troubleshoot the hardest errors and raise your abilities above others!
In this four-day BlackBelt Troubleshooting course, you will deepen your knowledge of Windows operating systems and learn how to effectively troubleshoot problems – from NT 4 to Windows 10/11 – for both servers and clients. This BlackBelt course is aimed at experienced administrators who want to take their troubleshooting skills to a new level.
