SEMINAR: Scrum? Kanban? Prince2? All about agile project management
A seminar that gives you a complete overview of agile project management. The seminar took place for the first time at the end of last year and as it was so successful, we decided to invited Paul Williams to Estonia again. First seminar was described with similar keywords: a very practical seminar, a trainer with great energy and a lot of useful knowledge.
The seminar will take place on March 18th in Ülemiste City – this is a unique opportunity to ask a practitioner about agile methodologies that will help you take your company’s projects to a new level. Let’s break down what, why and for whom Scrum, Kanban and Prince2 are.

What is agile project management used for?
Agile project management helps the team to be more flexible, react faster to changes and create products or services that really meet the needs of customers. It is used for a number of reasons, especially in situations where project requirements may change. Here are some of the main reasons why people use agile project management:
1. Flexibility: If the client’s requirements may change during the project, the agile method helps to respond quickly and flexibly.
2. Customer collaboration: Agile methodology is all about customer involvement at every stage of the process. It takes into account customer feedback – this way the end result is higher-quality, considering the needs of the consumer.
3. Faster product development: In agile project management development work is done gradually, in cycles. This enables quicker product development and therefore helps to reach the market faster than traditional project management methods.
4. Enhanced team engagement: Agile methodologies encourage collaboration and communication between team members, which also increases team motivation and creativity, as each member feels that his or her contribution is important.
5. Risk management: This approach helps to identify problems in the initial phases, reducing the likelihood of major issues surfacing later in development.
